March 6, 2021 Science and Technology 0

The aim of this study is to look into the factors that may influence tourist behaviour when using GrabPay. This research was carried out in the Klang Valley region of Selangor, Malaysia, for that reason. To collect data from tourists in the Klang Valley district, self-administered questionnaires were chosen. Using convenience sampling methods, approximately 220 questionnaires were distributed to visitors. As a consequence, perceived utility and confidence have been shown to influence tourist behavioural intentions to use GrabPay. Furthermore, confidence is the most powerful positive influence on the actions of tourists who use GrabPay. This research will be useful to Malaysian policymakers and tourism operators. Furthermore, the findings of this study have provided evidence data for Malaysian tourism operators to develop a promotional strategy that will draw more visitors to the country in the future.
