A Brief Study on the Use of Non-Biodegradable Wastes in Concrete

September 4, 2021 Science and Technology 0

Due to a scarcity of resources, a growth in construction activity leads to the invention of a slew of new building materials. In several parts of the world, ongoing research is being undertaken to identify novel concrete building materials. One sort of trash used in these investigations is non-biodegradable waste, especially plastics. This research looks at solid waste disposal as well as the use of trash as a building material. Because the proper disposal of non-biodegradable garbage poses a challenge for government officials, using it as a construction material may be a viable choice. Several studies on the use of non-biodegradable waste items as a building material are summarised in this publication. Various forms of wastes, as well as the tests conducted to use them as a construction entity, are explored.
