The goal of this study was to see how tithonia (Tithonia diversifolia) and elephant grass (Pennisetum purpureum) affected in vitro digestibility and rumen fluid characteristics. This study used a randomized block design with three treatments (the amount of tithonia and elephant grass) and five replications. The following treatments were carried out: T1 is all tithonia; T2 is all elephant grass; and T3 is half tithonia and half elephant grass. An analysis of variance (ANOVA) was performed on the data, and differences between treatment means were tested using
