Computer Simulating Harvesting Forces Using 3D Modeling for the Olive Tree

April 6, 2021 Engineering 0

The findings of a report on the effects of shaking forces on olive tree harvesting systems are presented in this paper. There are many ways to unleash shaky powers. To use an automatic harvesting system, we must first measure the necessary vibration force to shake the olive tree. The end result, namely the shaking force and cadence of shaking pace, is crucial. Harvesting methods such as mechanical and automated harvesting gather more olives than conventional methods, but they can cause harm to the olive trees. We must measure the required shaking force in order to avoid this damage. Using Autodesk Inventor software and a 3D olive tree model, an original research method for simulating shaking forces is proposed. Different shaking forces and shaking speeds are used in the experiments. We also use olive tree trunks of various diameters. The results of this experiment will be analysed to determine the best shaking force for harvesting olives without harming the olive tree. On the highest powers, all of the findings were acceptable without destroying the olive tree.
