Investigation of Optical Properties of Thin Films by Means of UV-visible Spectrophotometer: A Review
emptiness evaporation, warm evaporation, sputtering, hydrothermal, dip covering method and quivered laser deposition. In this work, UV-apparent spectrophotometer technique was working to study the optical properties and band break of the obtained thin films. UV-seeable spectrophotometer technique has many advantages to a degree rapidly study ability, cost effective, adjustable and simple to use. This method measures the absorption or transmission of light that pass through the samples as a function of wavelength. The band break was about 1.5 eV, matched the solar range.
