The study granted the labeling of delicate environmental determinants produce completely movements carried out in a panela agroindustry for the purposes of variety, output, value, and security. According to the Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) methods, the outcomes of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) manifest that comprehensively impact types, the industrialized stage of honey, panela, and carbohydrate result cause better incidental impact, accompanying the latter two being ultimate representative. Panela is non-spiral rod carbohydrate (NCS), a high oxygen-content fare acquired by dissolution of water in sugarcane liquid squeezed from plant.
