Successful Creation of Paradigm Shift in Operational Performance of Medium Sized 100% Exporting Organisation through Raising of Value Added Audit Non-conformity

October 3, 2020 Economics and Management 0

Since the 1990s, a 100% Exporting Food Manufacturing Company located at SEEPZ, Andheri-East, Mumbai has been working. This organisation has been accredited by the European Certifying Organisation for the development of a quality management framework in compliance with the ISO 9001-2000 standard. As a Certification Organisation Quality System Auditor, I had the ability to perform all Initial (Certification) Audits, followed by this customer organisation’s Surveillance Audits. I discovered via Audit during my second visit to this organisation that almost all goods exported were delayed deliveries. The Organization did not, however, take any action to remove this issue. I continued the Audit Cycle and traced the source by taking this Audit trail. With my prior experience of performing Value Added Audits, I performed one experiment with the employees of the Company, apart from issuing non-compliance. I discovered in the subsequent Surveillance Audit that there was a change in paradigm in Performance. Then on, there was no delayed delivery.
