Study of the Modification of the High-Latitude Ionosphere by the Ground-Based Ionospheric Heater at the Nighttime: A Simulation Approach

The goal of this study is to see how high-power, high-frequency radio waves pushed into the ionosphere at high latitudes affect ionospheric plasma characteristics.
