What better is the Culmination of Food than Nutrition?

September 6, 2021 Agricultural and Food Science 0

The food’s nutrition is as important as the dish itself. Meal consumption becomes fruitless in the long run when there is insufficient nutritional content in the food, resulting in a double burden of malnutrition. A food supply route or chain must be established to assure a constant flow of food, particularly in areas with significant malnutrition due to food shortages, and in a country as large as India. As a result, the other side of malnutrition, which goes beyond undernutrition and causes disorders like obesity and diabetes, also has to be addressed. To ensure nutritional absorption over the section suffering from such difficulties, a somewhat unconventional strategy is required. In the absence of a nutritional diet, the chances of under- and over-nutrition, as well as their short- and long-term repercussions, increase. Long-term implications of prolonged malnutrition, which is most often caused by over-nutrition caused by the consumption of unhealthy and junk foods, include diabetes, thyroid disease, hepatomegaly, and others. The optimal nutritional deficit, which has a major impact on long-term development, is determined by a long-term reliance on the food ingested. As a result, a new method is required to control, optimise, and address the world’s nutritional issues.
